PAYMENT
We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Payments and Shopify Payments. Payment is due in full at time of order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order cancellations will be honored within 24 hours of order placement, as long as item has not shipped. Our apologies, but cancellation requests after the 24 hour grace period, or if item has shipped, cannot be honored.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item must be shipped back to us within 21 days after receiving your item. Please make sure to read EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Cost of return shipping label will be automatically deducted from the refund.
If the terms above are met, follow the steps below to start a return:
• Contact us for a return authorization.
• Pack the item(s) back into the same packaging it was delivered in.
• We will email you a prepaid return label for the same package dimension and weight it was delivered in.
• Stick return label over original ship label.
• Drop package off at your local post office.
• We will confirm the condition of your return and issue a refund after return package is received and inspected.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Our apologies, but Amanda Lighting cannot accept returns for refund or exchange for wall sconces, ceiling lights (chandeliers, flush mounts, pendants) and table lamps as these items are custom made to order. We cannot accept returns for refund or exchange for lamp cords and light-bulbs to ensure product integrity and safety. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards as well. We take pride and effort in describing our items in great detail and providing multiple pictures of each product. Please be sure to read the item description and view all pictures before ordering.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Without the box, we can't make a proper claim with the shipping carrier or refund you! Keep the box and take some snaps if you ever receive a damaged item:)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAYS COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus the return ship label fee on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on the size and weight of the order. We reserve the right to choose which carrier service to use. If you would like to request a specific carrier service for your order or if you have any questions about the estimated shipping charges returned in your cart, please contact us - we are happy to help and in some cases can reduce the shipping charges for you.

LEAD TIME & DELIVERY
Please note all our wall sconces, ceiling lights (chandeliers, flush mounts, pendants) and table lamps are custom made upon order. PLEASE ALLOW 2-6 WEEKS FROM TIME OF ORDER TO SHIPPING. Once your order ships, your order status will be updated and you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number. If there is an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately. If at any time you have any questions regarding your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All other in-stock items (not stated above) are usually processed to ship within 2-4 business days from time of order. Estimated ship time for USA orders is 2-8 business days. We’ll do our best to meet these ship time estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact us first if you are an international customer. USPS, Fedex, UPS and DHL are a few common shipping services we use. International shipments generally take between 8-15 business days in transit after they leave our studio. Our standard shipping & returns policies apply to international orders.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes that may apply and collected upon delivery of your package. We are unable to collect any customs and import taxes for you in advance. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
